Europe, so this is something that anybody near Nazi- occupied Germany would seeThese are German coins from the thirties and forties. They would have been seen a lot by prisoners based in Germany, like major Reisman’s team.
This is a Stalingrad air force (or Luftwaffe) permit during 1942-1943. This would have been seen along with German air force officers be other prisoners working in Germany.
These binoculars would have been very useful to Major Reisman and his
crew in “The Dirty Dozen.”
